Dr Brett Montgomery is a general practitioner (GP) who divides his career between academic and clinical work. He is a senior lecturer at the University of Western Australia where he currently coordinates the general practice teaching for 3rd year medical students in the UWA Doctor of Medicine course. He works clinically in East Fremantle in Western Australia. Dr Montgomery has a particular interest in evidence-based management of chronic disease, including rational prescribing.
